Karon will coach you:
- Weekly for the 1st 2 months (4 sessions per month)
- Bi-weekly for the next 2 months (2 sessions per month)
- once a month for the next 8 months. (1 session per month)
- She will also be available for email-based question and answer.
Total of 20 Wellness Coaching sessions
Karon will assist with:
- nutrition counseling
- meal planning
- food diary review
- exercise programs
- mental and emotional health
- lifestyle changes in behavior to improve a person's overall well-being
- help inspire, empower and motivate you to achieve your health goals.
